EnrichGraph operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase a plan or add credits to your account, those credits can be used for API enrichment requests. Each successful enrichment request consumes credits from your account balance.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date—no questions asked.

4. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days

Refunds are available only for unused credits. This means:

  • Credits that have not been consumed by API requests are eligible for refund
  • Used credits (credits consumed by successful enrichment requests) are not refundable
  • Partially used credit balances may be refunded for the unused portion only

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been used for API enrichment requests
  • Credits consumed by failed requests due to invalid input data provided by you
  • Promotional or bonus credits
  • Credits from free trial periods
  • Setup fees or one-time charges (if applicable)

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for unused credits:

  2. Include your account email and the reason for the refund request
  3. Specify the amount of unused credits you wish to refund
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days

7. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • The refunded credits will be removed from your account balance
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

8. Account Cancellation

If you cancel your account, you may request a refund for any unused credits at the time of cancellation. Account cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; you must explicitly request one.

9. Disputes

10. Exceptions
